New for 2009 is the "Lightcliffe Golf Academy!"

The academy is for any member of the public, Ladies, Gentlemen and children over the age of 8 and under 18 years, who have never played golf but who would like to try, and those who are thinking of coming back to playing.

Academy membership will be for a period of two months and entitles you to the following:

Six group lessons from the club professional (1 1/2 hours x 6).
Use of the club practice ground & putting green.
Use of the clubhouse bar & catering facilities.
Rules & etiquette evenings.

and much, much more!!

Prices: Adults £100.00
Couple £150.00
Seniors over 60 £75.00
Juniors £25.00
Each additional group lessons £5.00.

For any adult becoming a playing member of the club following Academy Membership there will be a reduction of £50.00 on the first year's subscription.

Great traditions exsist at the Lightcliffe Golf Club with our "Mixed" Friday evening golf there comes the "Friday Dining" where all members are welcome by Julia and her staff.
These special evenings start in March and run through out the season, booking 24 hours in advance, either by telephone or email is recommended because of the popularity.

Daily Sandwich & Specials Board will be displayed in the Lounge area,
